Their main communication goal at the tradeshow was to position Cadorath as industry-leading Bell Helicopter parts repair specialists. A successful tradeshow would see them engaging with as many potential customers as possible from both North and South America.
We produced a unique, personalized video invitation with a custom interactive calendar application that was sent out by email to Cadorath’s targeted list of key decision-makers, encouraging them to set up a time to meet during the tradeshow. To top it off, users had the option of viewing their video invitation from Cadorath’s bilingual CEO in both Spanish and English. Cadorath’s sales team was able to use email analytics to follow up with users who opened the email or watched the video put did not yet book a meeting. The VideoBridge campaign was hugely successful, and Cadorath’s meeting spaces and timeslots were completely full throughout the four-day tradeshow.

The goal was to position the seed company and its retail partners as “anti‑salesmen” focused on fulfilling the needs of the grower not their own bottom lines.
The campaign began with a series of customer data capture initiatives aimed at building CANTERRA’s sales lead database. While this continued throughout the campaign with referral and incentive-based tactics, sign-ups were immediately followed by direct-to-audience communications using VideoBridge technology. These communications reoccurred at regular intervals throughout the six-month campaign, leveraging audience members who got involved in the initiative (through send-to-friend mechanisms) while also engaging any new additions. As a result of the campaign, CANTERRA was able to add 2000 new names to its contact database, successfully engage new customers, sell appropriate levels of seed products and support its retail channels all while reducing their campaign budget by 10%.

CASE STUDY: Jaguar and Mindshare
To launch its new line-up of vehicles, Jaguar held a series of seven events across the U.S. during a six-month period, and they called the campaign “The Audition.” As part of each event, guests participated in an interactive experience that put them into a movie-trailer-style car chase scene, aimed at promoting Jaguar’s XE model. Each attendee was instructed to perform a series of actions, which was captured on film.
This significant undertaking was led by Mindshare, who brought together a team that included Who You Know Inc. (production and management), World Stage (studio and lighting setup) and Corp Imaging (rear and side projections and shadows). VideoBridge technology served as the core of the interactive experience – triggering the video recorders, projection and sound, and initiating a countdown to let the participants know when to act.
After collecting a participant’s video footage, VideoBridge would stitch the recorded clips into the mini-movie and email the attendee a link to view their own personalized microsite and video. RFID bracelets facilitated the process, allowing each guest to quickly swipe in and validate their information at one of the VideoBridge kiosks. We also worked directly with Facebook, piloting the social media giant’s new seven-second video profile functionality.
