Their main communication goal at the tradeshow was to position Cadorath as industry-leading Bell Helicopter parts repair specialists. A successful tradeshow would see them engaging with as many potential customers as possible from both North and South America.
We produced a unique, personalized video invitation with a custom interactive calendar application that was sent out by email to Cadorath’s targeted list of key decision-makers, encouraging them to set up a time to meet during the tradeshow. To top it off, users had the option of viewing their video invitation from Cadorath’s bilingual CEO in both Spanish and English. Cadorath’s sales team was able to use email analytics to follow up with users who opened the email or watched the video put did not yet book a meeting. The VideoBridge campaign was hugely successful, and Cadorath’s meeting spaces and timeslots were completely full throughout the four-day tradeshow.
